Fastest Butter Chicken Recipe in the World
You guys know I like easy. I also like butter chicken…a lot. This is an amazing low carb sauce for over cauliflower rice or even just cooked veggies. Or, you can splurge and serve it with warm naan bread.
It’s fast and simple. A lot of recipes have you marinating the chicken and simmering things for hours…which I have to make a huge effort to put that work in…and frankly, ain’t nobody got time for that.
Let’s just do this quick and easy recipe instead…with ALL the flavour! Serves 3-4 people.
Low Carb Butter Chicken
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 2-4 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1/2-1 cup frozen veggies of choice
- 1 small onion
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 2-3 tbsp. garam masala
- 1/2. tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp. chilli powder
- 1 large chicken breast, cooked and cubed
Directions: In a pan, melt the butter and cook garlic and onion until caramelized. Add veggies and cook. Add and heat tomato sauce. Add the rest of the ingredients and guess what? That’s it.
Also, feel free to add more spice or less. I usually end up going crazy with the garam masala cuz’ it’s my fave!
Hope your week is easy as this recipe!
Hugs! xox0

I have tasted this wondrous dish of yours and it is so scrumptious! You do make awesome butter chicken!
Thank you for your recipe. Just wanted to confirm that the stated proportions were for 1 lb of chicken or 1 kg of chicken?
Just 1 large chicken breast – I didn’t weigh it. :)
That looks delicious! I haven’t had butter chicken before (I have dairy allergies) but I bet I could make this with coconut oil instead :)
I could REALLY use some chicken today! ;) And…. FAST!
Love this easy sauce! And I think I love garam masala as much as you! I go crazy for my spices. Can’t wait to try this!
