Thanksgiving Workout
You all know I am 100% Canadian, but that doesn’t mean I don’t take the opportunity to have an extra day where I make thankfulness a big deal.
If you read my last post about generosity/thankfulness, you know that living a life of gratefulness is important to me…and something I am continually trying to grow in.
So while I may not be having another full-on turkey dinner and watching football, I am certainly going to be making an effort to focus on the positives, and thank God for every little blessing He gives me. In actuality, I’m trying to do that daily…but Thanksgiving is a good point to reflect on it in a new way.
In any case, for my US friends, thanksgiving is a big day…and if you choose to work out, you’ll probably want something quick, effective, and to the point.

I ALWAYS work out during the holidays, I work out every single day, holidays do not dictate that at all! I treat them like any other day ;)
since i don’t work on holidays, i definitely try to workout since i have more time!
This looks fun! I love how quick it is.. I need that this time of year!
