Every single day I use stevia. However, I’m pretty picky about the kind I use.

There are certain brands of stevia that have a wee bit of an aftertaste, and while I’d prefer to use any stevia rather than sugar, I’d rather use something that is extra delicious. For instance, my vanilla stevia goes in everything…smoothies, tea, coffee, baking, yogurt. I’m committed forever.

NuNaturals just came out with a new flavour…the cherry vanilla, and it is GOOD! I love a few drops of it with Greek yogurt topped with toasted almonds…it’s like a dessert!

    I’ve heard such positive things about Stevia. I’ve only tried it a couple of times and yes I find an aftertaste. I would like to try a brand that others recommend. I enjoy reading your newsletters/blog.
