Colourful Captures
We’ve been on the road for over 6 weeks now and have only one more week to go! I’m ridiculously excited about being home again…
It has been a fun adventure, for sure…we’ve been all across Canada – all the way to PEI. My favourite part of PEI was Cavendish Beach, just gorgeous!
Eating healthy on the go is always a fun challenge…
We were able to stop and stay with my sister for a while in Ontario, which was very special. Sister time (and frozen yogurt) was much needed!
I’m obsessed with Tim Horton’s tea lattes – vanilla bean and earl grey tea being my favourites.
A peek at one of our concerts…
Silk chocolate almond milk has won my heart over…
One of my nieces – she’s so much fun!
Lots of packaged salads for lunch and dinner! Can’t really pack your own lunch when you’ve been gone for 6 weeks!
Local, handmade soaps I got at a craft bazaar in Nova Scotia…love it when I can support artsy people rather than big stores…
Also got to meet this gal again from Forever Faith and Food – I only wish that we could’ve chatted longer, she is just a lovely person…
I’m obsessed with anything matcha flavoured…can’t help myself.
Father’s Day with my amazing Daddy…so grateful to God for Him and his amazing example in my life.
What’s been happening in your life? Do you like matcha? Have you tried Tim Horton’s tea lattes?

You are so blessed you have your dad. Enjoy him! I have not tried Tim Hortan’s but look forward to trying it out.
Love matcha! Just wish it weren’t so pricey, lol. Glad your family’s travels went well; God is good!
Recki – I am so blessed by him, he’s amazing.
Kristine – God is SO good! And yes, matcha is pricey and it breaks my little heart, but then I go buy…just a little…anyway. Love it too much!
Thanks for sharing your trip with us. It looks like such a special time. We don’t travel much, but we’ll be going to Myrtle Beach, SC this summer with my parents, sisters and their families (my youngest sister has had a very serious boyfriend for a while now; he’s like family).
Oh, and I’m a huge matcha fan, too.
Hey! It was great to see you too! And I so wish we could have spent more time together! Some day. Make sure you tell me whenever you happen to be in Nova Scotia. Or the Maritimes in general! I’ll be there. :) (The concert was awesome too!) I love your parents and what they said, and your sister seems super sweet too!
OMG on the road for 6 weeks! UGH I would be CRAVING HOME TIME if I were you for sure!!! I would probably go in hiding when I got home too, lol. Sweat on… DONE!
