15 Minute Workout
Hey guys! Long time no see…
As of Tuesday, I have finished my first semester of Exercise Science! Time went by so fast and I’m crazy excited…and frankly, surprised it’s over!
I’ve loved being back in school and I’m learning so much. The only thing that I didn’t appreciate was the fact that I had to back off from my blog so much…I simply didn’t have much time. Trying to balance my social life, family time and projects, school, homework, my other work, and other commitments was a bit of a juggle for me.
However, now this first semester is over and I can get back to posting regularly! I hope it can stay that way…
Anyway, speaking of running out of time…with all the craziness of this week’s finals it’s been hard to get a workout in. Since that was the case, I made up this workout which takes only 15 minutes and you can do it anywhere – no equipment needed. Perfect for those days where you’re rushing everywhere…do it first thing or maybe squeeze it in before bedtime.
Let me know what you think of it!
P.S. I’m having a mini giveaway for a Good Belly product on my Instagram page (check it out by following me at colourfulpalate). Ends tomorrow night!

Thanks for sharing the workout, looks awesome!! Haha NO excuses about not having time, anyone can fit this in. I love it!
I hear you on the busy thing, I wonder sometimes how other bloggers do it. My job demands more than full time hours- when you combine that with coaching 2 running groups, running and everything else, it really makes it tough to blog!! Sometimes I wonder if the posts I write at 2 am even make sense :) Looking forward to reading more!!
I went through a spurt where my blog was severely lacking in content! I was so busy and I couldn’t find time to post and, when I did, it was just because I wanted to get something up! Sometimes life just gets in the way and I think it happens to all of us!
Glad you’ll be back and happy holidays!

I understand how difficult it is to balance a blog and your daily life. Glad to see another post from you. Oh, and I like your workout, too. Sometimes I just squeeze in mini workouts throughout the day when I find the time to do so.
I’d change the bridges to single leg bridges on an incline. You can put your foot on the bed or the couch. You’ll get more bang for your butt. Lol!
Ok yeah, I can fit this in, thanks! :)
Love your guy’s ideas!
Sara~ What a good idea!
Like! I’m going to try this one.
