A Healthy September
This September has been awesome! Me and my Instagram peeps are having lots of fun with the September #colourfulphotoaday challenge making this month full of inspiration for a healthy, happy, and fit fall!
Seriously people, I’m so loving all your submissions for the challenge. There are almost 400 photos so far and we’re not even halfway into September – you guys are really sticking to it!
I thought it’d be fun to share what my photos have been for each day of the challenge – hope you enjoy!
1. Self Portrait
2. Breakfast – a couple pieces of organic, sprouted toast wit natural peanut butter and raw honey. The other slice has coconut oil, cinnamon, and Truvia on it – all really great for the metabolism! Topped it off with some Greek yogurt and jam.
3. Motivation – Love this quote!
4. Smoothie – you guys know I’m obsessed with smoothies!
5. Grateful – I’m so blessed by the family that God blessed me with! We have the best times together…
6. Workout move – Personally, I love crunches and ab work. Just make sure you’re doing proper form or it can result in back problems.
7. Fruit – This is my Exotic Fruit Salad – one of my favourites, for breakfast or for dessert.
8. Healthy living tip – Green tea is great for detox, burning extra calories, hydration, antioxidants, and a great source of clean caffeine and energy. I have a post all about it.
9. Inspiration – I love to make “Inspiration Boards” at the beginning of a new year that is chock full of goals in the form of pictures, whether it’s drinking more water, running faster, or motivating quotes…it’s a great way to get creative – so personalize it! Hang it up somewhere you can see it daily so you’re reminded of your goals.
10. Veggies – One of my favourite ways to enjoy raw vegetables is dipping them in protein rich hummus or Greek yogurt. Another option is plain old mustard. If dipping veggies makes you eat more of them, dip away! Just use healthy, smart options!
11. Jumprope – love using jumpropes in my workouts. Awesome cardio. Thanks to the PurelyTwins for the great, quick workout I did with my rope!
12. Snack – Black tea w/ NuNaturals vanilla stevia, half-and-half, and a freshly made, sugar-free healthy brownie (recipe coming soon!).

Looks like a super fun and healthy september! I cannot wait to get instagram! I think I am the only person left with a blackberry! Just waiting for my upgrade ;)
i love photo a days. Last month I did fat mum slims. I was so happy when the month was over but it was a lot of fun and nice to complete it.
